Coaching

Nebo for Women offers coaching packages designed to support the leadership development of women at each career level and life stage.

Senior Executives

Nebo coaches bring years of experience at coaching senior executive women. We are well versed in what it takes to succeed in corporate and non-profit settings where leadership means having a signature presence in addition to superb competence and performance. We frequently work with women in organizations where the leadership is predominantly male to provide resources and proven strategies for improving leadership effectiveness.

While senior leaders strive to meet high standards at work, we also know that making life work outside of the workplace is also a priority. Nebo can help you thrive in your career while living a more fulfilling life.

Mid-Career Stage -- Managers and Directors

At mid-career, women are learning on all fronts. As managers, they seek to deliver results through others. Developing a great team, delegation, prioritization and setting boundaries to allow for home life are common concerns. We bring a wealth of resources, ideas and strategies to coaching clients at this career stage. We also know that this is a time when women are often getting married, considering serious questions about career and graduate school, and getting ready to invest in a home. Making good choices with new variables to consider is what this life stage is all about.

See MOMreturns for more details about special coaching offerings that support women who are raising a young family while stepping up in the professional arena.

Entry-Level -- The first three to five years

As women enter the workforce, they want to contribute their best and distinguish themselves as new hires with potential. In the first three to five years after college or graduate school, women are "trying on" the positions they've chosen, beginning to define a career path. We hear common concerns about how to distinguish oneself, how to set boundaries while meeting high standards, and how to make decisions about graduate school and next career moves.

Employers who invest in coaching for women at this stage improve their chances of retaining talent, as coaching can help a young professional to see possibilities and options that may not be readily apparent. We offer both individual and group coaching to women at this stage to make it affordable and provide the benefit of a peer network.

Our coaches also look for opportunities to support clients by suggesting and supporting mentoring experiences. We can help connect clients with advice and resources that put career in perspective and empower women to drive their own development.
