Workshops & Learning Events
Client companies and professional women's groups look for the latest approaches to supporting women as they navigate their careers.
Learn more about our upcoming learning events.
Nebo is proud to provide workshops and learning events that put old issues in a new light. We deliver engaging, interactive programs that lift participants out of their everyday thinking and create new possibilities while providing practical strategies and resources.
Many of our programs are turnkey programs, but we can easily build a workshop just for you and your audience, drawing from our deep expertise and resources related to women and work.
We like to deliver programs in person, but also do so by teleconference or webinar. We can help you bring meaningful professional development experiences to women at your headquarters and in remote locations.
Our workshops focus on career success, leadership, and thriving at work and at home. We draw from a core curriculum of programs called the Nebo Leadership and Life Curriculum. Topics fall under three headings:
Leadership Development
- Including leadership presence and voice, leadership communication, dealing with difficult people, building your network, succeeding in companies and industries where women are minorities, and vision development.
Work/Life Integration
- Managing the balance of work and life, setting boundaries, exploring the mutually beneficial experiences of raising a family and managing a team, creating "leverage" for yourself, and navigating career success while thriving at work and at home.
Mentoring
- How to make the most of mentoring relationships, how to be a mentor, where to find mentoring when you need it.
