Lee Ann Wurster-Naefe, is a seasoned leader and ICF-certified professional coach (PCC) with 30+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, corporate human resources manager and educator. She is passionate about coaching and has witnessed first-hand the transformational change it makes in individuals, teams, and organizations.  With Organization Development experience, as an internal and external consultant and coach, she has partnered successfully with executive leaders across business, government, and non-profits, on a variety of challenges including leading change and complexity, building high-performance teams, and improving workplace culture.

Lee Ann garnered first-hand leadership experience in corporate Human Resources. In the HR role, she was a strategic business partner to executive leaders and led a staff that provided full-service HR solutions from talent acquisition to workforce engagement and culture improvement.  As an OD Consultant, she has done soup to nuts in organizational change efforts – from a simple team retreat or series of workshops to a large-scale, multi-year re-engineering effort in a federal agency.

Lee Ann is a practical coach with a systems-thinking perspective.  She likes taking key management and leadership frameworks and tools and making tactical application for leaders.  She believes that change and transformation require awareness, engagement, and practice with both the mind and body – giving leaders access to their intellectual, emotional, and physical intelligence while also building resilience.  Lee Ann brings a sense of humor, candor, and authentic presence to the work of leadership, and helps people take new actions to achieve their vision and results.

• International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
• Program Director for the Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
