“Laughter and humor are critical to success in leadership and life.”

Lee Ann is a practical, results-oriented coach who believes that finding ways to laugh together generates positive energy for learning, connection, and creativity.  She enjoys translating leadership frameworks, concepts and tools and making tactical application in a way that fits for who the leader is, how they learn and what they want to achieve.  As a somatic coach, she believes that change and transformation require full engagement with both the mind and body, and she will tap into these domains during a coaching engagement.
