After more than two decades of developing leaders at all organizational levels, Nebo has designed this special program in Leadership Foundations. This program is for high potential managers and leaders who seek to master the foundations of leadership and gain perspective and foundational skill-development needed for continued success.
This program is the right choice for anyone newly promoted to management, working to master the skills of leading and managing others, or preparing for promotion to future leadership opportunities.
Program Overview
In this Leadership Foundations program, learn how to achieve outstanding results through adaptive leadership, clear communication, and effective management, including the skills of feedback, delegation, and accountability. This cohort-style program invites rich discussion and a hands-on exploration of concepts through real world application.
Each module will present a foundational concept, building on the previous module. In between modules, you will have a chance to practice, reflect, and learn how to use each leadership concept in your workplace. The final module will integrate all concepts and highlight your learning journey.
This program includes up to three group coaching sessions with your instructor-coaches. This opportunity will help you to develop strategies that work well for you.
