Having been raised bi-culturally, I am able to look at things differently than someone only living in one world. The values that drive each of us change over the years as life and work evolve.  How does your current opportunity fit with the values and vision that motivate you today? What is the value of these experiences to you?”

Angelika Sass began her career in finance but found herself gravitating towards people and psychology. After working with two coaches who helped her to change her thinking and her life, Angelika made the choice to become a leadership coach herself, graduating from Georgetown University’s leadership coaching program.  Angelika’s coaching often includes an emphasis on identifying values, as values motivate our actions and decisions.  Her coaching leads to increased confidence and courage, a clear strategy and plan for the future and much greater alignment between work and life, using the values discussion to deepen awareness and authenticity. Angelika has undergone her own leadership and professional transformation, which changed the trajectory of her path.  A native of Germany, she has moved around the world and experienced different cultures, all leading her to understand the importance of anchoring in what matters most to you.
