- 25+ years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, leadership development, human resources, higher education, operations, and logistics.
- Global Head of Leadership Development for a large multinational organization, supporting more than 2,200 leaders in 140 countries.
- Career Army officer with tactical, operational, and strategic leadership experience in demanding environments across Europe, the Middle East, and multiple U.S. locations.
