“Nebo helps leaders and organizations on multiple levels: by bringing into reality an organization’s vision and goals, developing leaders and supporting their successes, and challenging people to grow personally and professionally. I’m so grateful to play a part in this impact.”

As Vice President of Client Experience, Lynn partners with senior leaders to design and implement leadership development solutions that achieve their individual and organizational priorities. Leveraging 20 years of experience – across higher education, legal education, human resources, and leadership development – Lynn focuses her client work on law firms and universities. Her approach to client relationships includes authentic connection, empathetic listening, and a commitment to building an impactful partnership, and she enjoys bringing Nebo’s unique value to each of her client’s critical objectives. Lynn is also an engaged facilitator and compassionate coach, at her best when helping others learn and grow.

Lynn earned a PhD in Leadership Studies, and her dissertation, “Building Agency Through Sensemaking: The Transformational Journey and Identity Development Process of Working Mother Leaders During the COVID-19 Pandemic,” tells about the lived experiences of working mothers. Her research articulates important findings about how compassionate and resilient leadership is needed in our evolving, post-pandemic work environment.
