Maria brings more than 17 years of experience as a human resource professional and organizational psychologist to her work with coaching leaders. Her deep understanding of human and organizational behavior and multicultural background enables her to see areas of improvement at the individual and organizational level from a strategic perspective and work with leaders on developing strategies to solve them. Maria has brought this expertise to her work with over 60 senior leaders around the world in sectors such as finance, retail, insurance, healthcare, IT, and real estate, among others.

She also brings a multicultural background having lived in 5 different countries and as a change agent. She truly believes that working on self-awareness and self-paradigms will provide leaders with different perspectives and better performance.

Maria’s coaching clients describe her as positive, energetic, and creative. Those qualities have aided them in seeing that the true power to change is within, and with courage and trust, they can shift their perspectives and discover what is possible. She is passionate about working around emotional agility, leadership, change, and organizational culture.

Maria is excited by any coaching objective and has a particular passion for clients experiencing career transition or wanting to maximize their leadership skills to develop team effectiveness.
