Dr. Michelle M. López is a powerhouse leader with three decades of experience helping others achieve their biggest dreams. Fueled by her passion for developing the next generation of leaders, she has guided clients, students, and community leaders to unlock their potential and live great stories.
After nearly two decades as a student affairs administrator, where she specialized in leadership development, cultural programs, policy development, and student retention, Michelle became a consultant, empowering entrepreneurs, executives, and teams to thrive. A certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and MentorCoach® LLC, Michelle is known for her warm, intuitive, and collaborative coaching style. Her specialties include leadership development, executive presence, personal branding, career transitions and systemic team coaching.
Inspired by her Catholic faith, Michelle pours herself into serving her community. Her experience and interests have led her to serve in a variety of leadership capacities from an elected official as a member of city council and school board trustee to the vice chair of both the Ascension Seton Hays Foundation and the Kyle Housing Authority Commission. Her mission has always been to inspire leaders to embrace their strengths, take bold action, and make their stories unforgettable.
