“My fundamental goal as a coach has always been to support individuals as they define and actualize their professional/personal purpose, acknowledging that individual change often depends on vulnerability and courage ”

Mimi Darmstadter brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources (talent selection, learning and engagement), spanning non-profit, government, and corporate environments. Recognizing that we spend much of our lifetime as “at the office,”  Mimi is passionate about supporting leaders to experience professional satisfaction. Mimi believes we should make the most of those moments and seize opportunities for sustainable and gratifying growth and development.

At the core of all of Mimi’s coaching work is the acknowledgment that vulnerability and risk drive individual transformation. To that end, Mimi works with leaders to build tactical, emotional, and mental capacity and ability to cultivate the most authentic expression of their identity and manage the roadblocks along the way.  She has an enthusiasm for work around emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication and well-being.
