Mimi Darmstadter brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources (talent selection, learning and engagement), spanning non-profit, government, and corporate environments. Mimi is passionate about supporting leaders to experience satisfaction and success in their work. Recognizing that we spend much of our life working, Mimi believes we should make the most of those moments and seize opportunities for sustainable and gratifying growth and development.

She seeks to work with her clients to go beyond behavior change and determine the motivators that drive action.
