Monica Panas is an executive leadership coach, facilitator, and organization development consultant with fifteen years of experience supporting leaders and teams across global corporations, non-profits, and start-ups. Drawing on her international upbringing and her background as a former senior corporate leader and management board member, Monica brings firsthand understanding of navigating demanding workplace challenges, leading multicultural teams, and juggling high-stakes priorities.

As a coach and facilitator, Monica partners with executives, managers, and their teams to elevate leadership capabilities and drive meaningful, sustainable impact as they navigate AI-era complexity, hybrid teams, and accelerating change. Her work integrates leadership communication rooted in clarity, empathy, and collaboration — helping clients strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, enhance team dynamics, and expand their influence across all directions of the organization.
