In her role as Client Experience Manager, Raven works closely with a select portfolio of clients, supporting clients and facilitators in the design, delivery and follow-up of Nebo’s leadership services. Raven’s ability to stay focused, work hard, and generate creative solutions enable her to exceed client expectations.
Raven is passionate about helping people, teams and communities discover their shared strengths and learn how to put them to use to help each other. A mentor in her free time, Raven also leads initiatives at Nebo to build a sense of community, positive culture and professional growth. She has been a key team member with client work related to developing leadership at all levels, supporting teams as they learn how to work better together, and developing vision.
Raven is an adamant believer in challenging the status quo. As a first-generation college student from humble beginnings, Raven consistently partakes in opportunities to alleviate social injustices and empower the next generation to reach their full potential.
Prior to joining Nebo, Raven served as a Relationship Manager at Bank of America where she increased sales and excellence in client experience through the evaluation of trends, coaching client service representatives, and building partnerships.
