In her role as Director, Client Experience & DEIB Services, Raven works closely with a select portfolio of clients, supporting clients and facilitators in the design, delivery and follow-up of Nebo’s leadership services. Raven’s ability to stay focused, work hard, and generate creative solutions enable her to exceed client expectations.
Raven is also a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist. Raven works with organizations to help them integrate DEI into their systems. In her role as DEI Specialist, she conducts internal needs assessments for client organizations, providing recommendations to strengthen their climate for diversity, equity & inclusion. She also facilitates workshops on the topics of DEI, Culture and Leadership Development.
Raven is passionate about helping people, teams and communities discover their shared strengths and learn how to put them to use to help each other. She has been a key team member with client work related to developing leadership at all levels, supporting teams as they learn how to work better together, and developing vision. She is an adamant believer in challenging the status quo. As a first-generation college student from humble beginnings, Raven consistently partakes in opportunities to alleviate social injustices and empower the next generation to reach their full potential.
