Sean brings over 3,000 hours of coaching experience, including work with leaders at Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. His background includes 20+ years in technology, healthcare, and consulting, as well as experience as a Physician Assistant in emergency and trauma departments—work that taught him how people navigate high-stakes transitions under pressure.
He is the author of The Conscious Exit: The Transition That Succession Planning Misses and The Conscious Exit Workbook.
