The Solution

Over more than a decade, this team of eight coaches became experts on the firm's specific needs, with the flexibility to expand the pool for highly specialized requirements. We provided one-on-one coaching to a wide range of partners, including those in transition, new practice group leaders, high-potential rising partners, and established partners looking to increase their influence.
To streamline the process, we developed three pre-packaged coaching solutions. This allowed the firm to quickly select a program that aligned with their goals for a specific leader and get the coaching started without delay. We also established a dedicated Client Services team to serve as a resource for both the firm and our coaches. This team ensures our coaches fully understand the firm's culture and goals for the program, which is key to a successful partnership.
