Miles & Stockbridge, PC, a mid-Atlantic law firm based in Baltimore, MD, recognized the need to prepare the firm for the future in light of changes in the law sector and the eventual retirement of a senior partner who had provided leadership for many years. The firm sought a partner to help them build not only a vision for the firm’s future and strategic plan, but also to help develop the next generation of leaders who could implement that transformative vision.
Approach
Nebo collaborated with the firm’s Chairman and CEO others at Miles & Stockbridge to establish a process for creating a strategic vision, developing an action plan to execute the vision, and providing coaching and leadership development to more than 25 lawyers and functional leaders.
