What is the Nebo Leadership Academy?

The Nebo Leadership Academy offers virtual and in-person experiences for leaders, coaches, and facilitators including leadership programs, workshops, coaching circles, and special events. Through its virtual and in-person offerings, the Nebo Leadership Academy provides the same impactful programming that Nebo has offered since 2004 in a way that is broadly accessible to a greater number of people.

The Nebo Leadership Academy offers a curated learning community for participants from across sectors, industry, and leadership experience. The curriculum includes programs for executive leaders, rising leaders, managers, individual contributors and life-long learners. Programs may be an individual workshop or a cohort-based series. 

The Nebo Leadership Academy offers topical programs to meet the complex leadership challenges of today. Our core offerings include topics such as cultivating resilience, self-awareness, effective leadership communication, transformational leadership and leading effectively in times of uncertainty.

The curriculum for each program is carefully designed around real-world applications. Leaders learn to anticipate change, adapt quickly, and connect their leadership style to organizational outcomes. By the end of the program(s), participants have not only new skills but also greater clarity about their leadership identity and purpose.
