    Man in the Mirror

There is a verse (adapted below) in the Michael Jackson song Man in the Mirror where he says:

“I’m starting with the man (woman) in the mirror
I’m asking him to change his (her) ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world (organization) a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make a change.”

Who really wants to look in the mirror? It’s hard and so is change. Reading this, perhaps you are seeking help through change. Stand and observe your reflection. What do you see? It is a small picture of who you are.

Self-awareness is about digging deeper into your motivations, perspectives, behaviors, emotions, and thought processes to discover how these influence people you lead and impact your results. Your coach is your mirror, reflecting back your strengths, while heightening awareness of your behavior and the habits that may contribute or distract from your brilliance in leadership. As a coach, we know you have what it takes to change. Do you? Self-awareness can illuminate what you know, what makes you authentic and it can bring a spring to your step and the clarity to take dynamic action.
