This type of engagement may involve several components delivered over months, depending on the goals of the team, feedback from the team leader, and organizational context. For example, a team coaching engagement may include:
- Individual interviews with team members
- 2-4 team meeting observations
- Advisory calls with the team leader
- 2-4 team development workshops (1/2 or full day)
