Our coaching services team

Our Coaching Services Team is dedicated to supporting our coaching clients. Each member of our team has extensive experience tailoring engagements to our clients needs, including:

  • Preparing leaders to make the most of coaching
  • Assisting leaders with the coach matching process
  • Administering assessments
  • Coordinating between clients, sponsors, and other key stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved

Our process

Coaching is a conversation for change.

We design coaching experiences with attention to the needs of the leader at the beginning, middle, and end of the engagement. The most successful coaching engagements are thoughtfully choreographed between the leader, sponsor, and coach and include components that directly support development.

A typical Nebo coaching engagement follows an intentional sequence. Each coaching team is chosen with the client organization’s goals and objectives in mind.
